Recipe Aromatic Coffee Brandy

Chef’s recipe Ronaldo Rossi

2 cups water
A branch of cinnamon
3 cloves
1 piece ginger
2 pepper seeds-of-kingdom
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons of ground coffee
½ cup brandy

Preparation:

Put in a pan to boil water with sugar and spices, let the fire for 5 minutes, cover and wait 30 minutes to get good taste. Boil the water again and use it to pass the coffee, stir in the brandy and serve immediately.

CHEF’S TIP: DRINK TO THAT HAS A FACE MORE NATIONAL CACHAÇA PUT IN PLACE OF COGNAC.
